Infrastructure Strategy Appraiser
The Infrastructure Strategy Appraiser [Omgevingswijzer] helps gain systematic insight into the sustainability of taskings and projects in an area. It facilitates a structured debate and helps develop a collective problem perspective in an area. Attention is paid to social, ecological, and economic sustainability (people, planet, and profit).
The discussions are held among the various stakeholders prior to setting up a project plan. Facilitators trained within Rijkswaterstaat [the executive agency of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment] would be happy to contribute their expertise to these meetings. The Infrastructure Strategy Appraiser can also be used during the subsequent stages of a project, as a basis for debate aimed at developing a collective problem perspective.
