Spatial adaptation inspiration document

The spatial adaptation inspiration document (pdf, 2.3 MB) is crammed with tips, practical knowledge, experience, and concrete examples from municipalities in the province of Utrecht. The document is intended to enable municipalities, other governments, businesses and residents to learn from one another, to inspire one another, and to take concrete action. For example, the document sets out efficient building blocks for municipal policy, it illustrates how collaboration and participation can be substantiated, and suggests financial incentives. The document contains a special feature on heat stress and discusses several model projects and measures being implemented in the province. The document has been compiled by the Utrecht Nature and Environment Federation for the benefit of municipalities and other interested parties in the Utrecht region, but it is also of interest to parties outside this region.
