Local heat plan manual

The Local Heat Plan manual, focused on health issues, helps local parties to draw up a heat plan. Such a plan can support local climate adaptation activities and strategies to combat loneliness.

A local heat plan can serve as the basis for a scenario outlining the steps to be taken by government bodies and NGOs during periods of heat – collectively, yet each from the perspective of their own expertise. For example, a local heat plan will assist organisations in obtaining background information, carrying out their regular duties, and taking additional measures during a period of heat.
